	GOM cut off lows,& my own tune

I would like to start a (guess list) of the # of Tropical systems that develop in the GOM during the remainder of this tropical season. As the result of cut off lows.With the persistent trailing fronts that reach the GOM this year. And the bathwater they will be over. I fear it is something to watch.1. # of Tropical Depressions.2. # of Tropical Storms.3. # of Hurricanes.As of a #4... I don't want to speculate on major disasters!Please post any suggestions to improv...
